Welcome to The Stoke. By accessing or using our gym, fitness classes, café, website, online store, or mobile app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership & Accounts
Eligibility

Members must be 16+ , unless enrolled in approved youth programs with parental consent.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure

Ensuring all payment methods remain valid

All activity that takes place under your account
The Stoke is not responsible for unauthorized account use.
2. Payments & Billing
Membership Fees

Memberships, class packs, and drop-ins must be paid in advance.

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled based on our posted policy.
Billing Authorization
By adding a payment method, you authorize The Stoke and our processors (Mindbody, MarianaTek, Square, Stripe, etc.) to charge you for services.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, access may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
3. Cancellations, No‑Shows & Refunds
Class Cancellations

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeited class credit.

Policies vary by class type and will be displayed at booking.
Membership Cancellations

Some memberships require advance notice.

Refunds are not issued for unused time or missed classes.
Retail & Cafe Purchases

All returns follow our posted return and refund policy.
4. Facility Rules & Member Conduct
General Expectations
Members must:

Use equipment safely

Follow staff instructions and posted rules

Respect other members and staff

Maintain cleanliness in all spaces
Prohibited Conduct
Includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment or disruptive behavior

Misuse of equipment

Entering staff-only areas

Filming or photographing others without consent
We reserve the right to revoke access for violations.
5. Health & Safety
Assumption of Risk
Fitness activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Medical Clearance
You should consult a physician before starting any new fitness program. The Stoke is not responsible for injuries caused by:

Improper form

Ignoring instructor guidance

Undisclosed medical conditions
6. Personal Belongings
The Stoke is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or damaged items

Belongings left unattended or in lockers
7. Cafe & Retail Purchases
By purchasing from The Stoke or merchandising line, you agree to:

Pay posted prices

Review ingredient lists and allergen information

Consume products responsibly
8. Digital Services & Online Conduct
Your use of our website, app, and booking platform must not involve fraud, abuse, or harmful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
9. Photography & Media Policy
The Stoke occasionally captures photos and videos during classes or events for marketing.

Do not intentionally highlight or tag members without consent

Allow members to opt out by notifying us
10. Liability Waiver
By participating in any activity at The Stoke, you agree to our liability waiver, acknowledging that The Stoke is not liable for injuries or damages related to class participation or facility use.
11. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate membership for:

Policy violations

Dangerous or threatening behavior

Repeated failed payments

Misuse of facilities or digital platforms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
